Creation and Download Time
After purchase, your personal Custom Medical Emergency Card Form Package will be created by our staff for your organization and will be available for download within (1) business day. A small processing fee is included. The processing fees are as follows: $10.00 to $49.99 = $5.00 processing fee; $50.00 to $99.99 = $8.00 processing fee; $100.00 to $199.99 = $11.00 processing fee $200.00 & UP = no processing fee. The processing fee will show up as "Shipping and handling" in the Pay Pal shopping cart system.
