Media Type - Business card paper or 60 lb. to 80 lb. white card stock paper.
Printing Equipment – Standard desktop color inkjet printer or color laser printer.
Timed License
The license for your first aid card form will end after the designated period of time, and upon expiration, your product will not be accessible.
Creation and Download Time
After purchase, your personal First Aid Card Form Package will be created by our staff for your organization and will be available for download within (1) business day. A small processing fee is included. The processing fees are as follows: $10.00 to $49.99 = $5.00 processing fee; $50.00 to $99.99 = $8.00 processing fee; $100.00 to $199.99 = $11.00 processing fee $200.00 & UP = no processing fee. The processing fee will show up as "Shipping and handling" in the Pay Pal shopping cart system.
After creation, we will email you your first aid instruction card in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat's free reader installed on your computer to open and print the first aid cards.
• 10 - 100 cards you will have ( 5 ) days to print your cards from the license download
• 250 - 1000 cards you will have ( 14 ) days to print your cards from the license download
• 2500 - 5000+ cards you will have ( 30 ) days to print your cards from the license download
Terms
This product is copyrighted. You are only able to print the amount of first aid cards that you purchased for the download. Any first aid cards printed over your purchase amount, will automatically cause an additional fee being charged for the amount you download.
All sales for downloads of forms are final and non-refundable.
