How to Determine if Your Logo is Ready for Submission for Custom Imprint

If you have any questions about this information or need your custom imprint work fixed, we recommend you contact a local printer in your area to prepare your logo or image. We will only add logos or images to our products that are prepared to be custom imprinted. Our printed charges $58/HR to prepare such work. If you need our services let us know. Unprepared logos and images will delay the total print time and final delivery time to you.

Basic Requirements -

1) We do not except faxed images or art work. The quality for custom imprint will not be sufficient.
2) We require images to be a minimum of 600 dpi ( dots per inch ). Anything less than that will show distortion.

Camera Ready Art ( Black and White Images ) -

This is art that is high in quality. It is ready to scanned or shot by a process camera in order to create a screen or plate. The edges and lines around the text and logo are sharp and smooth. The image is printed on a glossy paper and is crisp and sharp in appearance. There are no smudges, stains or unrelated marks.

Camera Ready Art ( Colored Images ) -

This is color separated art on a sharp black copy on a clean background. This is absolutely imperative to get a good top quality multi-color imprint.

When the art to be submitted is prepared, registration marks ( which will not show up on the completed imprint ) are necessary to align the color for accurate printing of a multi-color design. ** Each individual color will require a separate piece of art with properly aligned registration marks.

Camera Ready Art that is acceptable -

Vecor Image vs. Raster Image:

Vector Image is designed on a computer by line to line or point to point drawing. Every shape has a beginning and an end. These type of images keep their integrity no matter what size they are enlarged or reduced to.
Raster Image
is made up of Pixels or "dots." These are set at a specific count or DPI (dots per inch). The higher the DPI, the better quality the image will be and look. These types of images lose their integrity as they are enlarged. They usually do not imprint well and are not usually camera ready.

Usable File Formats: ( PC Format Only ) -
