Our Policies

 

Payment

  • We accept credit cards online through PayPal. If you are not a member, you can sign up here at: www.paypal.com. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and checks.
    • You will receive an email receipt, plus a shipped receipt.
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard over the telephone. We will provide you with a receipt. We currently have a limit of $500.00 per credit card transaction via the telephone. We have a $20.00 minimum on telephone orders.

Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are usually shipped within ( 3 ) business days, except for imprinted custom products ( refer to the product's individual page ) or if the product is on back order due to large demand. In that case, you will receive an email from our sales department notifying you of this.
  • Product deliveries usually take between ( 3 - 7 ) days, depending where you live. We allow for ( 14 ) delivery days though. Note: shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Military addresses, U.S. Territories and Canada may take longer.
  • International Delivery times vary by region and country.

Holidays

  • We are not open on the following holidays, so delivery will be delayed during them:

    • Thanksgiving Weekend
    • Memorial Day
    • Labor Day
    • Independence Day
    • Columbus Day

Returns

  • Postal mailed products may be returned within ( 15 ) business days for refund or replacement. All returned products must have a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number issued by us. The RMA must be clearly marked on the package, or the package will be refused and no credit will be given.
  • To request a RMA from us, email us with your request. An RMA number will be issued in a response email. RMA numbers are only valid for ( 10 ) business days.

  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • After inspection of the returned product(s), we charge a 15% restocking fee on all products, except custom imprinted products, which we charge the cost of the imprinting fee by our printer and a 15% handling fee.
  • After receiving returned product(s) a refund check will be issued within ( 7 ) business days and mailed.
  • We will not accept any returns or exchanges that are unauthorized. Packages without a RMA number will be refused.
  • *** We do not except returns on software, cds, cd-roms and discs because copies can be made without our knowledge.
